The selected candidate will be responsible for business development, client prospecting, lead generation, and developing new business opportunities by meeting developers, architects, consultants, contractors, and project owners.
Eligibility: B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Experience: Freshers to a maximum of 2 years Mandatory Requirements: Fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi Ability to read and understand engineering drawings Proficient in Microsoft Excel Strong communication and presentation skills Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai, Thane,
and Navi Mumbai Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence will be an added advantage Key Responsibilities Prospect and identify new business opportunities across the MMR region. Visit developers, architects, consultants, builders, and project sites to generate leads. Conduct technical presentations and client meetings.
Understand project requirements and recommend suitable parking solutions. Read engineering drawings and coordinate with the design team. Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and follow up until order closure.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Maintain records of client visits, leads, and sales activities.
