Technical Sales Executive for A leading engineering solutions company with over 25 years of expertise in industrial reciprocating compressors and industrial cooling & storage solutions. The company partners with reputed global OEMs and serves industries including:

· Grain Cooling & Storage

Industry: Industrial Machinery Manufacturing

Location: Jogeshwari, Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

· Drive technical sales of reciprocating compressors, industrial cooling systems, and grain cooling solutions

· Generate and convert enquiries, leads, and tenders into business

· Build strong relationships with industrial customers, EPC contractors, and consultants

· Conduct technical and commercial discussions to close orders

Techno-Commercial Support

· Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and bids in coordination with OEMs

· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions

· Support pricing, costing, negotiations, and contract finalization

Project Coordination

· Coordinate with customers, OEMs, service teams, and internal stakeholders during project execution

· Monitor project progress and resolve site-related issues.

Marketing & Customer Engagement

· Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and technical seminars

· Deliver product presentations and support business development initiatives

Candidate Profile





· B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Preferred)

· Diploma in Electrical or related Engineering with relevant experience will also be considered

· 3–4 years of experience in technical sales of industrial or capital equipment.

· Experience in one or more of the following is mandatory:

Ø Compressors or Rotating Equipment

Ø Industrial Refrigeration/Cooling Systems

Ø Process Equipment or Capital Goods

Ø Steel, Industrial Gases, or Agri-Infrastructure

Preferred Technical Exposure

· Hands-on experience with EPLAN (schematics, BOM, and reports).

· Knowledge of IEC 60204-1 and relevant Indian Standards (IS).

· Experience in control panel/cabinet design and PLC-controlled systems.

Compensation

Compensation will be aligned with educational qualification, relevant experience, and overall role fit. Separate salary bands apply for Diploma and Degree candidates

Skills

· Robust technical understanding of industrial/process applications.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Sound commercial acumen with experience in pricing and negotiations.

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

· Willingness to travel extensively.
