Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and sales-driven Technical Sales Assistant to support business development, customer engagement, sales operations, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong sales knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client interactions independently, follow-ups, proposals, and sales coordination while contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Support business development and revenue growth initiatives.

- Identify, qualify, and follow up on new business opportunities and potential customers.

- Coordinate client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and business discussions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.

- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial documents.

- Maintain and update CRM records, sales pipelines, and opportunity tracking reports.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and customers to drive conversions and business growth.

- Assist in customer discussions, negotiations, and key account management activities.

- Conduct market research on competitors,



industry trends, and potential customers.

- Prepare sales reports, business performance summaries, and management updates.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements and commitments.

- Support business travel, exhibitions, trade shows, and customer visits as required.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or related).

- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, Technical Sales, or Sales Coordination.

- Robust understanding of sales processes, lead generation, customer relationship management, and business development.

- Proven ability to handle client interactions, negotiations, and sales follow-ups.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong command of English for business communication, proposals, and presentations.

- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, Zoho, and sales tracking systems.

- Highly organized, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Preferred

- Experience in B2B sales, CRM Hygiene, industrial automation, manufacturing, SaaS, technology, or engineering solutions.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

- Experience in proposal preparation, customer engagement, and sales pipeline management.

- Ability to manage the sales cycle independently and customer relationships.

- Support the Sales Team by managing backend operations, documentation, reporting, and coordination to ensure smooth business processes.
