RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Conducting interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
- Maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics.
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-8 years of experience in technical recruitment or a related field.
- Strong understanding of technology and engineering roles.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
