About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, with the ability to source, screen, and hire top technical talent. Experience in hiring for cybersecurity roles will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.

· Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements.

· Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.

· Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.

· Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.

· Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

· Negotiate salary, prepare offer letters, and manage the offer rollout process.

· Follow up with selected candidates until successful onboarding.





· Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

· Build and maintain a robust pipeline of technical candidates for current and future hiring needs.

· Ensure recruitment targets are achieved within the defined timelines.

· Participate in employer branding, campus recruitment, and recruitment events when required.

Required Skills

· Strong understanding of the IT recruitment lifecycle.

· Good knowledge of the cybersecurity domain.

· Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed, GitHub, and other recruitment platforms.

· Hands-on experience with Boolean Search and advanced sourcing techniques.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to prioritise multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
