At Motadata , we're looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter who is passionate about identifying top talent and hiring the best minds across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success.

What You'll Do

✅ Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

✅ Partner with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Business leaders to drive strategic hiring.

✅ Build strong talent pipelines using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, , referrals, and networking .

✅ Drive hiring for niche, leadership, and high-impact roles while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

✅ Manage stakeholder communication, offer negotiations, recruitment analytics, and employer branding initiatives.

What We're Looking For

✔️ B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related engineering disciplines) is preferred.

✔️ 5–8 years of Technical Recruitment experience, including 3 + years in a B2B SaaS/Product-based company .





✔️ Experience hiring for Java, Python, .NET, AI/ML, Data Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, SRE, QA Automation, Network Engineering, Technical Support, Product Management, Enterprise Sales, Presales, Customer Success, and Professional Services roles.

✔️ Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, Enterprise Software, Cloud Technologies, Networking, and modern technology stacks .

✔️ Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Naukri, ATS platforms, X-Ray Search, and advanced Boolean Search .

✔️ Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and talent advisory skills.
