Role Description This full-time remote Technical Recruiter role is responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes for technical positions across Innovya Technologies’ focus areas. Day-to-day activities include sourcing and engaging qualified candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating technical and behavioral interviews with hiring managers.

The Technical

Recruiter will partner closely with leadership to understand role requirements, create accurate job descriptions, and maintain a strong talent pipeline for roles in RPA, game development, web and mobile apps, and cloud implementations.



Additional responsibilities include managing candidate communication, providing timely feedback, ensuring an inclusive and equitable recruitment process, and using data to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Strong background in Technical Recruiting and Hiring for roles such as software engineers, RPA developers, game developers, and cloud specialists.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, professional networking platforms, and online sourcing tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of technology stacks and common technical roles within software development and cloud environments.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruiting practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
