Key Responsibilities:

- Understand technical job requirements from hiring managers.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.

- Screen resumes and evaluate technical skills and experience.

- Conduct initial HR and technical screening interviews.

- Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

- Negotiate compensation and prepare offer letters.

- Maintain candidate databases and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Meet hiring targets, time-to-fill, and other recruitment KPIs.
