We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter with Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment experience to join our growing Talent Acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills: ✅ Minimum 1+ year of IT Recruitment experience.
✅ Hands-on experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.
✅ Valuable understanding of IT technologies and technical skillsets.
✅ Experience sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
