We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience and be passionate about identifying and hiring top talent. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate data and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Assist in offer roll-out and onboarding coordination.
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of end-to-end recruitment.
- Good sourcing skills using job portals and LinkedIn.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with ATS tools is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in HR is preferred).
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT recruitment is preferred.
- Understanding of technical skills and IT technologies is an advantage.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
