Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT roles
- Understand client requirements and convert JDs into effective sourcing strategies
- Source candidates via portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, internal database, and references
- Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial HR interviews/telephonic discussions
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates
- Ensure continuous follow-ups for feedback and smooth hiring process




- Handle salary negotiations and offer closures
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Build a solid pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Stay updated with industry trends and hiring practices
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the process
- Manage multiple requirements efficiently with quality focus

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Staffing & Recruitment
- Experience in handling IT and/or Non-IT hiring
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Good communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Work Days

- 6 Days working
- Additional 2 Saturdays off per month (flexible planning)
