About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and technically proficient Technical Program Manager to drive the successful delivery of AI and technology initiatives across multiple concurrent projects. This role will act as the bridge between Product, Solutions, Engineering, and Project Management teams, ensuring effective planning, prioritization, and execution of strategic technology programs.

The ideal candidate should possess a solid technical foundation in Python, AI, JavaScript, and Cloud technologies (Azure/AWS), enabling them to understand technical discussions, identify dependencies, challenge assumptions, and facilitate informed decision-making. While this is not a hands-on development role, the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams and translate technical concepts into actionable program plans is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate multiple technology initiatives across cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Engineering teams, and Project Managers to ensure successful program execution.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring work is sequenced appropriately based on business priorities and technical dependencies.
- Identify risks, blockers, and interdependencies across projects and proactively drive resolution.
- Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning,



roadmap discussions, and program governance meetings.
- Understand technical solution designs and architecture discussions to effectively coordinate delivery activities.
- Work with engineering and solution teams to ensure the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities are executed in the correct sequence.
- Coordinate with multiple Project Managers running parallel initiatives and consolidate project updates into meaningful status reports for leadership.
- Track milestones, timelines, deliverables, and overall program health across multiple workstreams.
- Drive stakeholder communication and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology delivery.
- Support leadership with program dashboards, executive reporting, and strategic planning.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 6–10 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, or Solution Delivery.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and SDLC processes.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent technology programs in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to understand software architecture, APIs, system integrations, and technical dependencies without being a hands-on developer.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
