Company: Chronosphere Robogen Limited (Incubated at Macro Vision Academy) Location: Burhanpur, Madhya Pradesh, India (On-site) Role Type: Full time Reporting To: Chief AI Officer About Chronosphere Chronosphere is an internal innovation hub evolving into a commercial-grade EdTech SaaS ecosystem. We are building the sentient school of the future through three AI powered platforms.
The Role
As we prepare to commercialize and scale these products—beginning with a 100% deployment across Macro Vision Academy and our other clients, we are seeking a highly organized, technically literate Technical Project Manager (TPM). You will not just be managing timelines; you will be the critical bridge between our engineering pods and our end-users (teachers, administrators, and students). Your primary mandate is to protect the engineering bandwidth from scope creep, ensure smooth enterprise-grade deployments, and translate user feedback into actionable technical roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities 1. Cross-Product Roadmap & Delivery Management: ● Manage the execution of the product roadmaps for our AI products simultaneously. ● Implement lightweight, effective agile methodologies suited for a lean team (balancing rapid prototyping with stabilization needs). ● Run sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring the team is unblocked and focused on high-priority features.
- Stakeholder & Deployment Management (The "MVA Sandbox"): ● Own the deployment and onboarding process for the Macro Vision Academy pilot programs. ● Act as the primary point of contact for teachers and administrators using the tools. ● Translate "user complaints" into well-defined technical bug reports or feature requests (e.g., translating "The grading feels wrong" into specific edge-case failures for the GenAI engineer to investigate). 3.
Scope Protection & Feature Triage:
● Shield the Principal Architect and developers from ad-hoc requests and scope creep. ● Rigorously prioritize the backlog based on commercial viability, technical debt, and the 4-Pillar GTM Framework (Market, Product, Channel, Model).
- Data-Driven Feedback Loops:
● Establish metrics to track product adoption and success ● Organize and conduct user testing sessions, specifically focusing on UI/UX friction points for non-technical users (teachers/security staff).
Required Qualifications &
Experience ● Experience: 3-5+ years in Technical Project Management, Product Management, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS, AI, or EdTech startup environment. ● Technical Literacy: You don't need to write code, but you must understand the fundamentals of: ○ API integrations and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Kubernetes). ○ The basic constraints of Machine Learning models (Computer Vision and LLMs). ○ Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC). ● Project Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Linear, Notion, or similar project management tracking systems. ● Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You can explain a technical bottleneck to a school Chairman, and explain a user's frustration to a backend developer.
The Ideal
Candidate (Bonus Points) ● Has previously scaled an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) into a commercialized SaaS product. ● Understands the specific operational dynamics and pain points of the Indian K-12 education system. ● Possesses a "systems thinking" mindset—understanding how a change in ChronoPACE might impact the data flow in ChronoLMS.
