Technical Project Manager

About the Role: We are looking for a powerhouse Technical Project Manager who can bridge the gap between complex tech stacks and business goals. If you started your career as a developer, transitioned into project management, and know exactly how to drive deadlines while keeping both clients and developers happy, we want you!

We are a fast-paced service-based company, so we need someone who takes absolute ownership of projects, thrives under tight deadlines, and brings a solution-oriented approach to the table.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Ownership & Delivery: Take full authority of the project lifecycle from kickoff to final deployment. Ensure on-time delivery, meet strict deadlines, and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Technical Leadership: You won't just pass messages. Because you have a development background, you will guide the team, brainstorm technical solutions, and ensure we aren't solely dependent on the developer's word.
- Documentation Excellence: Write and maintain comprehensive project documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, etc.). You should know exactly what goes into a document and why it’s the baseline for the project.
- Agile Project Tracking: Monitor project health, resource allocation, and timelines using PM tools (Jira, Trello, Asana,



etc.).
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the ultimate balancing act between client expectations and internal team capabilities.
- Client Communication: Lead client calls, handle requirements gathering, manage scope changes, and negotiate timelines with absolute fluency and professionalism.

Requirements & Qualifications (Must-Haves):

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Project Management, specifically within a Service-Based Company.
- Technical Background: Must have started your career as a Developer.
- Tech Stack Familiarity: Hands-on experience or deep technical understanding of MEAN, MERN, React.js, PHP, WordPress, and Shopify. (Candidates with this diverse tech exposure will be highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional, fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal). You must be confident in dealing with international clients.
- Problem-Solving: A strong solution-oriented mindset. You look for ways to solve a blocker rather than just reporting it.
- Trend-Savvy: Up to date on the latest tech trends, modern workflows, and best practices in software development.
