Responsible for Team Handling of around 15 to 20 members with positive outcome

- Must be hands-on with Full stack Technologies (preferred JavaScript stack

– MERN but J2EE is also good)

- Knowing architectural principles and patterns will be a plus
- Excellent in Client Stakeholder Management, handling escalations in swiftly manner, highly negotiable when it comes to customer expectations
- Strong experience in estimations, schedule, timeline, plan and implementation of end to end Project Delivery
- Own to define project scope, goals and deliverables
- Extensive experience in Agile methodologies (preferably Agile Scrum) with conversant on Sprint Planning & Review with meetings, Burn down, Velocity, etc.
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
- Evaluate and assess result of project
- Evangelize of new Blockchain flavors and protocols to resolve the client problem statement in the most scalable, secure and extensible way.
- Must be comfortable in fast paced, multi tasked. high energy environment with a positive outlook
