Job Title: Intern – Technology (Engineering & Program Support to Sr. VP – Technology)

Location: Mumbai

Duration: 3–6 months (extendable / PPO based on performance)

Reporting to: Sr. VP – Technology

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technology Intern to work closely with the Sr. VP – Technology, supporting day-to-day technical operations, project coordination, and strategic initiatives across the group's digital and technology functions. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants exposure to technology leadership, cross-functional coordination, and real-world execution in a fast-paced digital/media environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Sr. VP – Technology in tracking ongoing tech projects, timelines, and deliverables across teams
- Coordinate with engineering, product, and design teams to gather status updates and consolidate reports
- Support in preparing presentations, MIS reports, dashboards, and documentation for leadership reviews
- Conduct research on emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices relevant to the group's digital products
- Help document technical processes, SOPs, and internal knowledge bases
- Assist in vendor coordination, tool evaluations, and technology procurement follow-ups
- Support QA/testing efforts and basic troubleshooting when required
- Take notes and follow up on action items from technical meetings and stand-ups
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis,



data compilation, and light coding/scripting tasks as needed

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Basic understanding of software development concepts (any programming language), web technologies, or product/project management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills — comfortable interfacing with senior leadership and technical teams
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides)
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a energetic, fast-moving environment
- Prior internship or project experience in tech/product environments is a plus

Good to Have

- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, Trello, or similar PM tools
- Exposure to basic scripting (Python/SQL) or no-code/low-code platforms
- Interest in AI/emerging tech trends
