**Broad Function:

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a minimum of 6 years of experience who will be responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional product development programs across **Hardware, Firmware, Software, QA, and Product teams . The role requires expertise in program planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality products are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the product roadmap and business objectives.

**Roles and Responsibilities :

**1. Program & Project Management :

- Plan and manage end-to-end product development programs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Hardware, Firmware, Software, QA, and Product.
- Track project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery progress.
- Ensure timely execution while maintaining alignment with project goals and timelines. **2. Release Management:
- Own end-to-end product release planning and execution.
- Define and manage release schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure timely, high-quality releases aligned with project timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to enable smooth and successful product launches. **3. Agile Delivery:
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to drive Agile execution.
- Monitor sprint progress, delivery commitments, and release milestones.
- Facilitate timely resolution of blockers to ensure smooth sprint delivery.
- Ensure alignment between sprint outcomes and product release goals. **4. Risk & Dependency Management:
- Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.
- Maintain and track project risk and issue registers.
- Proactively resolve escalations to minimize delivery impact.
- Ensure timely risk communication and mitigation planning. ****5. Engineering Metrics & Reporting:




- Prepare and present regular project status reports to leadership.
- Track key engineering metrics, KPIs, and delivery progress.
- Maintain project dashboards and documentation using Jira and Confluence.
- Provide data-driven insights to support project planning and decision-making. **6. Process Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering and delivery processes.
- Standardize project planning and execution practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Promote process compliance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

**Desired Experience Required:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
- 610 years of experience in Technical Project/Program Management.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end Embedded Product Development programs.
- Strong understanding of Hardware, Firmware, Software, and Agile/Scrum development lifecycles.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent stakeholder management, project planning, risk management, and communication skills.
- Exposure to CI/CD, Git/Bitbucket, and Jira Automation.
- Experience with Power BI or EasyBI for project reporting.
- Scrum or SAFe certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe Agilist).
- Experience in IoT, Embedded Systems, Electronics Manufacturing, or Product Engineering environments.
- Familiarity with Release Management and PLM processes.
