About the role If you’re a TPM who builds systems, drives decisions at senior levels, and wants real ownership over something that actually matters in a fast-scaling regulated fintech - this role was written for you. You will own two things at once:
Modernize how GRC operates at slice - replace fragmented spreadsheets and manual workflows with scalable, platform-grade systems. Drive tooling selection, automation, and integrations across GRC.
Run our most critical governance programs - own the operating cadence for ITSC, FMC, board reviews, regulatory submissions, policy lifecycle, and executive reporting.
What You will do GRC Platform Modernization
Design the target-state for how GRC operates at slice - what gets automated, platformed, and why
Drive evaluation and onboarding of GRC tooling (policy lifecycle, risk registers, evidence management, audit workflows)
Build integrations between GRC platforms and engineering systems (Jira, Confluence, SIEM, cloud security)
- single source of truth
Replace spreadsheets and email threads with automated, auditable, scalable workflows
Define data models for risk, controls, and policy linkage - powering real-time CISO, VPs and board dashboards
Automate evidence collection, policy review reminders, action tracking, and SLA enforcement Governance Forums & Operating Cadence
Own the full cadence for ITSC, FMC, CAB, and board-level reviews - agenda, pre-reads, decision logging, action closure
Drive decision velocity: surface the right risks, trade-offs, and dependencies to the right leaders at the right time
Own program rigor (RAG, RAID, escalation paths) as a system - not a spreadsheet Regulatory & Risk Program Execution
Translate regulatory expectations (RBI, ISO 27001, SOC) into execution plans with clear owners, milestones, and evidence maps
Build evidence-readiness infrastructure so the team is never caught off-guard in an audit
Coordinate across Tech, InfoSec, Risk, Legal, and Finance to deliver cross-functional programs at speed Policy & Control Lifecycle as a Product
Run the annual policy review workflow like a product: intake, versioning, reviews, approvals, publication - automated where possible
Map policies to risk taxonomies and regulatory control frameworks
Build dashboards showing coverage gaps, aging reviews, and control effectiveness trends What You will need Must Have:
5-10 years of Technical Program Management - owning complex, cross-functional programs end-to- end
Experience in or adjacent to security, risk, compliance, IT audit, or regulated tech environments
Track record of process modernization: you’ve identified broken workflows and rebuilt them as scalable systems
Proven ability to drive decisions across senior engineering and business stakeholders
Executive communication: crisp decks, clear narratives, complexity translated into decisions
High ownership mindset - proactive, follows through, pushes programs to closure Nice to Have
Hands-on experience evaluating or implementing GRC tools (ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream, Archer, or similar)
Experience in fintech, banking, or deeply regulated tech environments
Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or RBI framework alignment
Experience building dashboards or automation workflows (Power BI, Looker, Python, Jira automation) Why this role stands out Most GRC roles hand you a spreadsheet and a compliance calendar. This one hands you a greenfield build problem.
Real Ownership - you own programs end-to-end, not coordinate tasks for someone else’s agenda
Greenfield Opportunity - GRC modernization at slice is being built from scratch; you define the architecture
Executive Visibility - work directly with the CTO, CISO, and CRO; present to board-level forums
Rare Domain Combination - tech TPM skills + regulatory fluency + executive storytelling in one role
Visible Impact - when you build it right, every audit, board review, and regulatory submission runs better Life at slice Life so good, you’d think we’re kidding: Competitive salaries. Period.
An extensive medical insurance that looks out for our employees & their dependents. We’ll love you and take care of you, our promise.
Flexible working hours. Just don’t call us at 3AM, we like our sleep schedule.
Tailored vacation & leave policies so that you enjoy every important moment in your life.
A reward system that celebrates hard work and milestones throughout the year. Expect a gift coming your way anytime you kill it here.
Learning and upskilling opportunities. Seriously, not kidding.
Good food, games, and a cool office to make you feel at home. An environment so good, you’ll forget the term “colleagues can’t be your friends”.
