Responsibilities

- Product Lifecycle Ownership: Own products end to end from market analysis and roadmap creation through feature definition, delivery, and adoption.
- Technical Collaboration: Partner with engineering to define scalable, secure architectures that work across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
- AI Direction: Guide engineering teams on AI/ML-driven capabilities, from intelligent data discovery to AI data protection and AI-driven activity monitoring.
- Requirements & Experience Definition: Create product specifications and user stories, and define user experiences that make deeply technical capabilities intuitive.
- Go-to-Market Readiness: Coordinate with marketing, sales, and support to ensure every release lands with the positioning, enablement, and documentation it needs.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with enterprise customers to understand needs, validate direction, and remove adoption barriers.

Must Haves

- 5 10 yrs of experience in product management, preferably in B2B enterprise software, cybersecurity, or data platforms.
- Strong technical bent with the ability to prototype or build basic proofs of concept (PoCs) independently.
- Robust understanding of data storage systems like databases, warehouses, file stores, data lakes etc.
- Familiarity with SQL, data analysis workflows, and enterprise IT environments.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Working knowledge of data governance, IAM (Identity Access), and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Experience with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and GTM functions.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- High attention to detail and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
