Your mission As Technical Head of Practice you are responsible for shaping the future of technology at We.PLM.

This role demands to define the strategic technical direction that enables a 5X productivity gain through AI, modern development practices, and continuous innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive the long-term technology vision and transformation roadmap for We.PLM
- Lead the transition of internal teams and customers from legacy development practices to AI-enabled, future-ready ways of working
- Establish development processes, methods, and governance that consistently deliver up to 5× productivity while maintaining quality and predictability
- Build a future-ready development organization by supporting technical managers to grow and develop a technical reference framework
- Ensure a scalable, reliable,



and on-time delivery model across development teams while continuously evolving the practice through emerging technologies and AI
