We are looking for an experienced Technical Migration Architect with strong expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking to lead large-scale Core Banking Migration & Implementation projects.

Mandatory Skills

✅ 10+ years of Oracle FLEXCUBE experience

✅ Extensive hands-on experience with FLEXCUBE 14.x

✅ End-to-end Core Banking Migration to FLEXCUBE experience (Mandatory)

✅ Experience as Technical Migration Architect / Solution Architect / Senior Product Developer / Implementation Consultant

✅ Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL

✅ Experience with Core Banking Implementations & Production Rollouts

✅ Knowledge of API/REST APIs, Microservices & Batch Processing

✅ Robust SDLC understanding

✅ Experience with Unix/Linux/AIX environments is an advantage

✅ Strong knowledge of Banking Domains:

- Core Banking
- General Ledger
- Loans
- Payments
- Trade Finance





Oracle FLEXCUBE (Core Banking) is must .

Responsibilities

✔ Lead Core Banking migration and implementation activities

✔ Design technical architecture and migration strategy

✔ Solution architecture, integrations, environment sizing & deployment planning

✔ Support SIT, UAT, Business Simulation & Production Cutover

✔ Lead technical teams and coordinate with business stakeholders

✔ Guide development teams and resolve complex technical issues
