Position: Technical Manager

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Technical & Design Engineering team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely project delivery.
- Handle cooling tower selections for standard, Crossflow, Counterflow, Closed-Loop systems, and customized energy-efficient solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal departments, vendors, consultants, contractors, and customers.
- Conduct technical meetings (virtual and in-person) with consultants, end-users, and project stakeholders to address design and engineering queries.
- Analyze competitor products and technologies and prepare comparative reports for management review.
- Review Sales Orders to ensure alignment between Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Technical Data Sheets (TDS), and project-specific requirements.
- Prepare technical documents including compliance statements, deviation sheets, budgetary proposals, and product presentations.
- Maintain and update TDS files, BOQs, client data sheets, revision logs, and project documentation.
- Lead recent product development initiatives and coordinate implementation with relevant departments.
- Maintain comprehensive technical records, including design revisions, project documentation, and engineering changes.




- Address technical queries related to design parameters, model selection, specifications, and performance data.
- Upgrade and maintain cooling tower selection software for existing and newly developed product lines.
- Coordinate annual CTI Recertification activities, testing schedules, and maintenance of CTI Data of Record.
- Travel extensively for customer meetings, technical audits, CTI inspections, and project discussions.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Thermal Engineering and Cooling Tower Design.
- Hands-on experience in standard and project-specific cooling tower selections.
- Sound understanding of Crossflow and Counterflow cooling tower technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage engineering teams effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, engineering design tools, and CRM systems.
- High level of ownership, professionalism, and customer-centric approach.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech - Mechanical
