Responsibilities Lead the design and development of software applications using .Net and SQL Server.
Oversee the migration of applications to AWS and ensure best practices are followed.
Mentor and guide junior developers in technical skills and project execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
Ensure code quality through code reviews and adherence to coding standards.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in software development with a focus on .Net and SQL Server.
Required Skills Proficiency in .Net framework and SQL Server.
Experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Skills Experience with Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
