Position: Tech Lead

Experience: 15–18 Years

Location: Taramani, Chennai (Work from Office)

Mandatory Skills

- 15 years of hands-on Software Engineering experience
- Solid experience as a Tech Lead / Technical Architect
- Expertise in TypeScript, Angular, Node.js, and NestJS
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL and TypeORM
- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud (Lambda, ECS Fargate, EventBridge, IAM, ECR, AWS CDK)
- Experience in Event-Driven Architecture (RabbitMQ / Asynchronous Workflows)
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD (GitLab or similar), Docker, API Design & Development
- Experience with OAuth2, OIDC, and JWT Authentication
- Strong understanding of System Architecture, Code Reviews, and Production Support
- Experience working with Global/Distributed Teams
- Excellent English communication skills

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the technical architecture and system design for Digital Factory platforms.




- Drive end-to-end feature delivery from design through production.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor the development team.
- Define API standards, data contracts, and engineering best practices.
- Ensure application scalability, security, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with distributed teams and global stakeholders.
- Drive engineering excellence through CI/CD, cloud-native development, and DevOps best practices.
