Position: Tech Lead

Experience: 15–18 Years Location: Taramani, Chennai (Work from Office) Mandatory Skills:

15+ years of hands-on Software Engineering experience

Solid experience as a Tech Lead / Technical Architect

Expertise in TypeScript, Angular, Node.js, and NestJS

Strong experience with PostgreSQL and TypeORM

Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud (Lambda, ECS Fargate, EventBridge, IAM, ECR, AWS CDK)

Experience in Event-Driven Architecture (RabbitMQ / Asynchronous Workflows)

Strong knowledge of CI/CD (GitLab or similar), Docker, API Design & Development

Experience with OAuth2, OIDC, and JWT Authentication

Strong understanding of System Architecture, Code Reviews, and Production Support

Experience working with Global/Distributed Teams

Excellent English communication skills Key Responsibilities:

Lead the technical architecture and system design for Digital Factory platforms.





Drive end-to-end feature delivery from design through production.

Provide technical leadership and mentor the development team.

Define API standards, data contracts, and engineering best practices.

Ensure application scalability, security, performance, and reliability.

Collaborate with distributed teams and global stakeholders.
