What we do?

We are a early stage company building cyber-physical systems (comprising of robotics, IoT , AI and software module) focused on service robotics, sensing, monitoring, and control. We are working on Projects which involve building multiple Products( iOT modules , Robotic system - AMR , manipulators , service robots , Software systems).

What is on offer?

Role of Technical lead or founding builder who can help shape the prototype from the ground up and work closely on execution, integration, and field-readiness.

Based on the tests some of these Prototypes would move beyond TRL 7, so this role offers an amazing opportunity to actively contribute towards shaping the technical direction and build of what would be state of the art cyber-physical system from concept to a market.

Role format

This can be structured flexibly depending on fit:

- Project-based role.
- Full-time role.
- Founder member or Co-founder or CTO (depending on the conversation)

Compensation & Equity: This role is designed for candidates who are comfortable with startup risk and long-term upside. Initial compensation will be sufficient to cover basic living expenses, with a meaningful equity opportunity offered after a few months of working together and evaluating mutual fit, contribution, and alignment. This position is best suited for individuals who value ownership and are willing to prioritize equity upside over immediate market-rate salary.

1. come from Mechatronics , Electronics and communication ,



Mechanical and other relevant engineering background &
2. have prior DEMONSTRABLE experience building such products (either academically , or professionally) &
3. have breadth , depth to be able to drive these projects independently. Not expected to know it all , but can figure things out quickly and is a self-learner.
4. Comfort and good score with engineering mathematics
5. Someone who is comfortable learning across domains and solving messy real-world problems.
6. Willingness to think beyond prototyping and contribute to building deployable systems.

What you will do

- Should have the right breadth and depth to architect and design these systems
- Break down product goals into practical technical modules, tasks, and milestones.
- Work across hardware, embedded systems, sensing, control logic, software, dashboards, and testing as needed.
- Identify the right specification for Off the shelf components that would go in building these systems
- Coordinate integration between sensors, control subsystems, and monitoring tools.
- Debug issues quickly, identify risks early, and keep execution moving.
- Document design decisions, test findings, and implementation trade-offs clearly.




- Support prototype readiness for demos, pilot discussions, and validation.

Skills we would value (either/or)

- Robotics, automation, motion systems, or control logic.
- ROS2 , Nav2 , movit
- Python, C/C , APIs, dashboards, logging, or backend tools.
- Embedded systems, electronics, sensors, microcontrollers, or IoT systems.
- Rapid prototyping, debugging, and system integration.
- Technical documentation and communication.
- You truly enjoy technical ambiguity and problem solving.

What will make an application stand out

- A GitHub profile, demo video, project portfolio, build log.
- Transparent evidence that you personally built, debugged, or integrated something substantial.
- Ability to explain what failed, what changed, and what was learned.
- Ownership mindset and bias toward execution.

Location preference

Preference will be given to local candidates, especially those based in or near Kharadi, Pune, since the role may involve in-person coordination, prototyping, and field-related work. Person would be expected to Work from office.
