Role Description The Technical Documentation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Anekal. This role involves creating, organizing, and maintaining clear and accurate technical documentation for engineering and manufacturing projects, including manuals, specifications, work instructions, and process documents. The specialist will collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to gather information, understand product functionality, and translate complex technical details into user-friendly documentation.

Day-to-day work includes drafting and revising documents, standardizing documentation formats, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards,



and maintaining version control. The role may also involve coordinating document reviews, incorporating stakeholder feedback, and supporting training materials and knowledge management initiatives.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Documentation and Documentation for engineering and manufacturing environments.

Candidates should possess proven Technical Writing abilities to translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured, and user-focused content.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and gather precise technical information.

Candidates should possess experience in creating and maintaining Manuals, user guides, and other product-related documentation.

Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in engineering, technical communication, or a related field are beneficial.

Familiarity with document management tools, version control, and standard formatting practices (e.g., templates, style guides) is advantageous.

Attention to detail, robust organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced industrial environment are expected.

Experience in manufacturing or industrial equipment domains and understanding of product life cycle processes are a plus.
