Responsibilities
- Handle customer technical enquiries and understand project requirements.
- Coordinate with Managers, Directors, and Engineering teams to provide accurate technical responses.
- Assign enquiries to the appropriate technical team and track progress.
- Schedule customer meetings, technical discussions, and project review calls.
- Maintain enquiry records, customer databases, and follow-up trackers.
- Prepare periodic enquiry status reports and presentations for management review.
- Ensure effective communication between customers and internal teams for timely project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), or a related discipline.
- 0-1 years of experience in Technical Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Support, or a similar role within the electronics industry.
- Robust communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic understanding of electronics, PCB Design, Embedded Systems, or Hardware Design.
