At NxtWave, as a Technical Content Developer, you will be responsible for creating and refining industry-relevant content for students. This role involves developing engaging content and materials that enhance learning experience, ensuring industry relevance, and driving continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality, well-researched, and engaging content on DSA, including creating new problems, articles, MCQs, reading material etc.
- Create educational material that caters to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced programmers.
- Demonstrate problem-solving approaches and strategies through code walkthroughs, explanations, and demonstrations.
- Gather and analyze feedback from the audience to continuously improve content quality and relevance.
- Research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in DSA.
Qualification & Skills:
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and problem-solving techniques.
- Good ratings on coding platforms like Codeforces, CodeChef or LeetCode.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in competitive programming, such as C , Java, or Python.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
- Clear and effective communication skills to present concepts in a simplified manner.
