Role Summary

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer with deep expertise in BFSI, compliance, governance, risk, and regulatory technology .

This is a strategic marketing role focused on thought leadership and demand generation , not content creation for content's sake. You will own the technical narrative around language compliance, governance risk, AI regulations, and regulatory automation, helping position Devnagri as an industry leader.

Your content will directly influence:

- Organic traffic and SEO growth
- Lead generation and marketing-qualified leads (MQLs)
- Brand authority among enterprise and regulatory buyers
- Sales enablement and customer education
- Partnership and co-marketing initiatives

You will work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to create content that educates decision-makers and accelerates enterprise buying journeys. What You'll Do Content Strategy & Planning

- Own the editorial calendar for blogs, newsletters, whitepapers, case studies, and technical documentation.
- Develop content aligned with enterprise buyer personas including CTOs, CIOs, CBOs, Compliance Officers, CROs, and Risk Leaders.
- Build quarterly content roadmaps supporting demand generation and business growth.
- Identify content gaps, keyword opportunities, and competitor positioning.
- Create SEO-focused topic clusters to establish long-term topical authority.

Technical & SEO Content Creation
- Write 2–4 high-quality long-form technical articles (1,200–2,500 words) every month.




- Produce regulatory explainers, comparison articles, implementation guides, case studies, and industry insights.
- Perform keyword research and competitive analysis using SEO tools.
- Optimize content for search intent, metadata, internal linking, schema markup, and technical SEO.
- Develop supporting assets such as infographics, checklists, decision trees, and downloadable resources.

Regulatory & Technical Writing
- Research and interpret RBI guidelines, DPDP Act, AI governance, compliance frameworks, and BFSI regulations.
- Translate complex regulatory and technical concepts into clear, business-friendly content.
- Ensure factual accuracy through proper citations and references.
- Work closely with Product and Subject Matter Experts to maintain technical correctness.

Thought Leadership & Demand Generation
- Create executive-level thought leadership content for enterprise decision-makers.
- Contribute to newsletters covering industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitive insights.
- Develop sales enablement materials including battle cards, competitive comparisons, RFP content, FAQs, and objection-handling guides.
- Support webinars, podcasts, partner marketing, and industry events through content creation.
- Monitor content performance and continuously optimize based on engagement, traffic, backlinks, and conversion metrics.

You Should Have

- 8–10 years of experience in Technical Content Writing, preferably in BFSI, FinTech, SaaS, RegTech, or Compliance Technology.
- Strong understanding of regulated industries and enterprise technology.
- Experience writing for CTOs, CIOs, Compliance Officers, Business Heads, Auditors, Policy Makers, and Regulatory stakeholders.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fast-growing startups or high-growth technology companies.
- Ability to simplify highly technical or regulatory concepts into engaging business content.




- Robust research and analytical writing skills.
- Experience collaborating with leadership, product, sales, and marketing teams.
- Ability to manage multiple content initiatives with minimal supervision.

Technical Skills

- Advanced SEO knowledge including keyword research, topical clustering, and on-page optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, or equivalent SEO tools.
- Understanding of technical SEO including schema markup, crawlability, and website structure.
- Excellent long-form technical writing and storytelling abilities.
- Strong research capability using regulatory documents, industry reports, and competitive intelligence.
- Experience with citations, documentation standards, and compliance-focused writing.
- Familiarity with AI, language technology, enterprise SaaS, or automation products is highly preferred.
