Essential

- Minimum 5 years in a Business Analyst, Technical BA, or Power Platform delivery role with a track record of owning solutions end-to-end.

- Hands-on Copilot Studio experience agent and topic configuration, integrations, and knowledge source setup.

- Hands-on Power Automate experience — cloud flows, connector setup, approvals, error handling, and enterprise integrations.

- Experience deploying solutions via Microsoft Teams apps or as Teams-integrated bots.

- Ability to produce solution architecture artefacts: data flow diagrams, component designs, and integration maps.

- Robust requirements elicitation: workshops, user stories, process mapping, and acceptance criteria definition.

- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders across multiple business functions simultaneously.

- Proficiency with Azure DevOps or JIRA; fluent in Agile/Scrum delivery.

Desirable

- Broader Power Platform exposure: Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse.

- Familiarity with Azure AI services — AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, Document Intelligence.

- Experience integrating Power Platform with ERP systems (SAP, D365) or ITSM platforms (ServiceNow).

- Microsoft Power Platform certification advantageous
