Required Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of various testing methodologies and tools, including API testing, performance testing, load testing, smoke testing, and end-to-end testing etc.
- Strong understanding of web/mobile technologies, such as Angular, .Net Core, Java, PHP, and Python etc.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Experience with test automation, performance testing, and continuous integration
- Knowledge of working with tools such as Jira, X-ray

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the execution of testing activities, ensuring adequate coverage of functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Define key quality metrics and establish regular reporting mechanisms to track and communicate QA progress, trends,



and areas for improvement to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish QA standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Develop and execute a robust QA strategy that aligns with business goals and ensures the delivery of high-quality products and services
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and testing scenarios to thoroughly evaluate software applications, features, and systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to prioritize and address defects, facilitating timely resolutions.
- Foster strong collaboration with product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of quality goals and requirements
