Role Overview:

As a Quadient Inspire Developer (Intern), we will be providing training for designing, developing, and implementing customer communication management (CCM) solutions for the industry. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing customer engagement through personalized and compliant communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in designing and developing basic document templates and layouts using Quadient Inspire Designer, including variable data integration for personalized content.

· Support the creation of workflows for document generation, mail automation, and omnichannel delivery (e.g., print, email, web).

· Collaborate with senior developers to test and optimize templates for performance, ensuring compatibility across devices and formats.

· Participate in code reviews, debugging sessions, and troubleshooting issues in template logic using JavaScript or similar scripting.

· Document template designs, processes, and updates to maintain transparent,



maintainable codebases.

· Analyze sample data to refine dynamic content elements, such as conditional rules and data mapping.

· Contribute to small-scale projects, like importing legacy forms into Quadient or enhancing user interfaces for Interactive modules.

Technical Skills:

· Quadient Inspire Modules: Basic knowledge in Inspire Designer, Automation, Scaler, Content Manager, Interactive, and Approve Workflow.

· Scripting Languages: Experience with JavaScript, Groovy scripting, and SQL for template development and automation.

· Data Formats: Familiarity with XML, XSD, XPATH, SOAP, and other data formats used in CCM solutions.

· Integration Expertise: Knowledge of integratin Quadient Inspire with core banking systems, CRMs, and other enterprise applications.
