Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.

Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with change management principles and practices.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
