Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance regulations.

Experience in integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other HR systems.

Ability to analyze and optimize payroll processes for efficiency.

Familiarity with reporting tools and data analytics related to payroll.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.

This position is based at our Kolkata office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
