Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Lead the adoption of best practices and innovative approaches to improve delivery outcomes.

Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the delivery process to optimize efficiency and quality.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.

Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies related to SAP Business Technology Platform.

Experience in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions across diverse systems.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical designs.

Familiarity with cloud-native application development and deployment within SAP environments.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
