- IT strategy or PMO profiles should not be shared.

- Must have worked in Strategy Consulting/Big 4/Tier-1 Consulting or led in-house GCC strategy programs.

- Hands-on experience in Technology Operating Model Design, IT Governance, Sourcing Strategy, Business Case/Cost Model development, KPI & Governance frameworks is mandatory.

- Candidate should have led client-facing strategy engagements, workshops, proposals, and executive stakeholder interactions not only delivery or implementation projects.

- Experience in at least 2 3 areas: GCC Setup, Digital & Technology Strategy, IT Shared Services, IT Governance, Agile Transformation, Operating Model Design, Capability Maturity Assessment.

- Education: MBA.

Experience should be 7 12 years (Manager) or 12 17 years (Senior Manager).
