Role Description The Team Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based in Paithan, responsible for overseeing daily operations on the shop floor or production area. This role involves assigning tasks to team members, monitoring work progress, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and maintaining production schedules.

The Team

Supervisor coordinates with management and other departments to address operational issues, optimize workflows, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The position includes tracking performance metrics, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Supervisor also participates in problem-solving, reporting incidents, and supporting training and onboarding of new team members.

Qualifications Ability to supervise teams in a production or industrial environment, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.

Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage shifts, schedules, and production targets effectively.

Knowledge of safety practices, quality control procedures, and basic compliance requirements in a mining or metals setting.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members, management, and cross-functional departments.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle operational issues, equipment downtime, and process deviations.

Basic understanding of production processes, casting or alloy operations, and equipment handling is preferred.

Ability to work on-site in Paithan in a physically active role, including standing for extended periods and working in industrial conditions.

Prior experience in team leadership or supervisory roles in manufacturing, mining, or metals industries is highly beneficial.

Relevant vocational training or diploma in engineering, metallurgy, or industrial operations is an advantage.
