Position Overview:

The Team Member - TTML Financials will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited. This position involves assisting in various financial processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Support the management of accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Aid in the development and monitoring of budgets, providing variance analysis and supporting financial forecasting activities.
- Audit Support: Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and addressing audit queries.
- Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards,



and regulatory requirements, assisting in the implementation of internal controls.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct basic financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized financial records, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with retention policies.

Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in commerce (B.Com), Finance, or related field. Additional certifications like CA Inter, CMA Inter, or MBA in Finance are advantageous.
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably within the telecom or service industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
- Knowledge Base: Understanding of Indian accounting standards (Ind AS), GST, and other relevant financial regulations.
