We are looking for a Team Member (Reviewer / Analyst) to join the Cyberincident Team. The team is responsible for monitoring cyber notices received through the MHA (Ministry of Home Affairs) portal and coordinating with law enforcement agencies by providing beneficiary details as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor cyber notices received through the MHA portal.
- Review and process cyber incident-related cases.
- Provide beneficiary information/details to Law Enforcement Agencies (LEA).
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely action on notices.
- Work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate with good academic record.
- Fresher or minimum 1 year of work experience.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong Excel skills and numerical/calculation ability preferred.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
