We are looking for a skilled and experienced Team Leader for our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 5-15 years of experience in the job market context of India. The candidate should have a proven track record of leading a team in a warehouse environment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all warehouse operations are running smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities

- Leading and managing a team of warehouse staff
- Managing inventory levels and ensuring that all products are accounted for
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve warehouse operations
- Ensuring that all warehouse safety procedures are followed
- Overseeing the loading and unloading of trucks




- Monitoring the quality of products being shipped and received
- Maintaining accurate records of all warehouse activities

Skills and Qualifications

- Proven experience in leading a team
