- ;Oversee the preparation and review of individual tax returns (Form 1040, 1040-NR, and 1040-SR).
- ;Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, ensuring their development and performance.
- ;Coordinate workload distribution, ensuring timely completion of tasks and compliance with tax laws.
- ;Assist in the development and implementation of tax strategies to benefit clients.
- ;Stay updated on changes in tax laws and ensure the team is informed and compliant.

- ;Proficiency in tax software and advanced Excel skills.
- ;Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

; Qualification:

- ;M.B.A in Accounting and Finance, Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
