Qualification

- Graduate in

Civil Engineering from a recognized university

- Master’s degree in a relevant field

(e.g., Structural Engineering, Water Resources, Transportation, or Construction Management) is preferred

Experience

- Minimum

15 years of professional experience in construction supervision and/or Quality Control

- Proven experience in

Urban Infrastructure Projects

, including:

- Water Supply Systems

- Sewerage Systems

- Storm Water Drainage

- Roads and Pavements

- Bridges and allied structures

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the

Team Leader for construction supervision and quality control activities

- Provide overall technical guidance and leadership to the project team

- Ensure works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and contract conditions

- Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards





- Review and approve method statements, quality assurance plans, and inspection reports

- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution

- Identify construction issues and provide timely technical solutions

- Certify measurements, review contractor bills, and assist in project reporting

- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and statutory requirements
