Role Description The Team Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for supervising and guiding a real estate sales team toward achieving individual and collective targets. This role includes planning daily activities, assigning leads, monitoring performance, and ensuring consistent follow-up with prospects and clients.

The Team

Leader will support team members during property visits, negotiations, and closure of deals, while maintaining high standards of client service and adherence to company processes. The position also involves preparing sales reports,



coordinating with management on strategy and marketing initiatives, and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing work environment.

Qualifications

- Robust leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and guide a diverse sales team.
- Proven experience in real estate sales or related customer-facing roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and close deals effectively.
- Ability to analyze market trends, use basic data and reporting tools, and contribute to sales planning and strategy.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients, site visits, and documentation efficiently.
- Comfort working on-site in Gurugram, with flexibility to attend client meetings and property visits as needed.
- Familiarity with real estate market in Gurugram .
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
