- Provide technical leadership to a group of backend and frontend developers, as well as QA engineers.
- Stay up-to-date with technological trends in the industry and continuously motivate engineers to leverage best-in-class technology in building enterprise-scale software.
- Engage actively with the team to provide technical and architectural guidance in building the next-generation Identity Security Platform.
- Participate in continuous and iterative software development cycles, with an emphasis on code quality, supportability, scalability, and performance.
- Mentor other engineers and ensure adherence to CyberArk Engineering practices and security coding guidelines.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams, Product Management,



and field professionals to understand customer requirements and continuously enhance the product.
- Participate in and ensure the adoption of solid software engineering principles such as unit test automation, code reviews, and continuous integration.
- Interface with the Support team to handle customer escalation issues, diagnosing and fixing product issues found internally or in the field.
- Assist engineering leadership in hiring efforts and team development.

Qualifications

- BE/B Tech/MCA or equivalent degree.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing enterprise software.
