We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of Sales Executives.

Achieve individual as well as team sales targets. Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, site visits, and closures. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance. Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews.

Assign leads and ensure timely follow-up through the CRM. Handle customer escalations and assist in closing high-value deals. Develop sales strategies to maximize conversions. Maintain accurate sales reports and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS.

Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns. Ensure discipline, productivity, and target achievement within the team.

Required

SkillsStrong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.



Proven experience in real estate sales. Strong closing and objection-handling skills. Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Excel.

Target-driven with excellent analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. QualificationsBachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA preferred). Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.

At least 1 year of experience leading a sales team.
