Location: East India (Kolkata , Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh & Assam)

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 CTC per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Blue Collar Staffing to manage end-to-end recruitment operations, lead recruiter teams, ensure timely client fulfillment, and drive hiring performance across multiple locations in East India. The role requires solid leadership, client management, bulk hiring expertise, and a willingness to travel extensively.

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 3–6 years of experience in Blue Collar Recruitment / General Staffing.

- Experience in managing recruiter teams and handling bulk hiring projects.

- Strong understanding of sourcing channels, onboarding, and workforce management.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Comfortable with frequent travel across East India.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions such as Pickers, Packers, Loaders, Housekeeping Staff, Security Guards, Field Sales Executives, ITI Technicians, and other workforce categories.

- Lead, mentor,



and monitor a team of recruiters and field coordinators to achieve hiring targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and resolve hiring-related escalations.

- Coordinate with sourcing partners, vendors, job portals, and local recruitment networks.

- Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements within agreed SLA timelines.

- Oversee onboarding, documentation, joining formalities, and compliance processes.

- Plan and execute bulk hiring drives, job fairs, and walk-in recruitment campaigns.

- Track recruitment metrics, analyze hiring data, and implement process improvements.

- Collaborate with payroll, compliance, and operations teams for smooth workforce management.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and ethical recruitment practices.

- Travel across assigned territories for client meetings, team reviews, hiring drives, and business development activities.
