Job Summary

- We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with a solid background in the Agri domain. The ideal candidate must have 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader and proven expertise in team handling, performance management, and achieving operational targets. Key Responsibilities:
- • Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Monitor team productivity, quality, and attendance.
- Conduct regular team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and process guidelines.
- Handle escalations and resolve team-related issues effectively.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth process operations.




- Drive team engagement and maintain a positive work environment.

Eligibility

Criteria

- • Mandatory: 1–2 years of Team Leader experience in the Agri domain.
- Excellent team handling and people management skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills • Experience in agricultural or Agri-related BPO processes.

- Strong decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
