Role Description The Team Lead Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This role is responsible for planning, delivering, and overseeing training programs focused on retail banking concepts, processes, and customer service skills. The Team Lead Trainer will conduct online sessions, and practical exercises,



while monitoring trainee performance and providing constructive feedback.

The role includes designing and updating training materials, coordinating training schedules, and mentoring trainers to maintain high instructional standards. The Team Lead Trainer will collaborate with management and placement teams to align training outcomes with industry requirements and ensure graduates are job-ready.

Qualifications

- Candidates should have prior experience in banking or financial services training; experience in retail banking is mandatory.
- Candidates should possess strong Training skills to design, deliver, and improve structured learning programs.
- Candidates should possess effective Team Leadership and Coaching skills to guide trainees and support other trainers in achieving learning objectives.
- Candidates should have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex banking concepts clearly.
