Uniglent International Education is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head – Student Counsellor to lead our counselling team and drive student admissions. The ideal candidate will oversee counselling operations, mentor and develop counsellors, ensure exceptional student guidance, and contribute to achieving the organization's growth objectives. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their international education aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and mentor the student counselling team to achieve admission and conversion targets.

Provide expert guidance to students and parents on study abroad opportunities, universities, courses, scholarships, and career pathways.

Develop and implement effective counselling strategies to maximize student enrolments.

Monitor team performance through regular reviews, coaching, and training programs.

Ensure timely follow-up of student enquiries and maintain high conversion rates.

Handle complex student cases and provide effective counselling solutions.

Coordinate with admissions, documentation, visa processing, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless student experience.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions using the CRM system.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.

Stay updated on international education trends, university admission requirements, immigration policies, and visa regulations.





Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, partner institutions, and internal teams.

Ensure exceptional customer service and a positive experience throughout the student journey. QualificationsExperience

5–10 years of experience in student counselling, preferably in the overseas or international education sector.

Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a counselling or admissions team. Education

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

A Master's degree is an added advantage.
